The Southern Section and City Section high school football results are in, showcasing a range of impressive victories and decisive shutouts. In the Southern Section, Adelanto dominated Colton with a 36-0 victory, while Antelope Valley secured a narrow 14-12 win over Highland. Artesia edged out Cerritos 13-7, and Beaumont achieved a commanding 25-0 shutout against Citrus Valley. Other notable Southern Section wins include Cajon’s 12-0 defeat of Redlands, Chino Hills’ 33-7 triumph over St. Lucy’s, and Glenn’s 19-0 victory against Whitney.
Further Southern Section highlights include Hemet’s 13-6 win over Arlington, Jurupa Hills’ 38-7 victory over Rim of the World, and La Canada’s 19-12 triumph against San Marino. Lancaster defeated Knight 27-6, and La Sierra blanked Loma Linda Academy 19-0. Linfield Christian achieved a resounding 79-0 victory over Hillcrest, while Norte Vista defeated Ramona 7-0. Patriot secured a 32-7 win over Redlands Adventist Academy, and Quartz Hill won against Eastside 33-6.
Redlands East Valley achieved a 33-0 shutout against Yucaipa, and Rialto defeated Fontana 40-0. San Dimas’s 44-0 victory over Colony was equally impressive, as was San Gorgonio’s 26-6 win over Arroyo Valley. San Jacinto Valley Academy narrowly defeated California Military Institute 19-13, and San Marcos blanked Oxnard 14-0. Santa Barbara’s 46-12 win over Buena was another notable result, as was Shadow Hills’ 27-13 victory over Corona. Sherman Oaks Notre Dame beat Bishop Amat 22-6, while Summit edged out Kaiser 25-19.
Temecula Prep’s 47-6 win over Nuview Bridge was another strong performance, as was Temescal Canyon’s 12-0 shutout of Tahquitz and Tesoro’s 6-0 win over Dana Hills. Trabuco Hills achieved a 34-0 victory over Mission Viejo, and Upland defeated Los Osos 31-13. Ventura completed the Southern Section results with a 20-0 shutout of Oxnard Pacifica.
The City Section also saw a series of compelling matches. Angelou defeated West Adams 32-0, while Arleta achieved a 58-0 victory over Brio College Prep. Bell’s 37-0 win over Huntington Park was equally decisive. Camino Nuevo beat Annenberg 19-6, and Carson secured a 26-0 win over Port of LA. Collins Family defeated Animo De La Hoya 12-0, and Crenshaw edged out Fremont 12-7. Other notable City Section results include Diego Rivera’s 6-0 win over Simon Tech, Dorsey’s 19-0 victory over Hawkins, and Dorsey’s 44-6 win over LA Jordan. GALA’s dominant performances included a 21-0 win over View Park and a 45-0 victory over Washington. Hawkins’s 63-0 win over LA Jordan was a particularly impressive result. Jefferson’s wins included a 37-0 shutout of Manual Arts and a 19-6 victory over Foshay. LA Hamilton defeated Fairfax 30-6, and Legacy’s wins included a 13-0 victory over Huntington Park and a 26-6 win over South East. Los Angeles defeated Stella 20-0, and New Designs University Park won 47-12 against TEACH Tech. North Hollywood’s 24-18 victory over El Camino Real was a close contest, as was Santee’s 15-6 win over Angelou and Santee’s 21-0 victory over West Adams. Stern defeated Orthopaedic 21-14, and Venice beat LA Hamilton 32-18. Wilmington Banning’s wins against Carson (28-6) and Port of LA (37-0) concluded the City Section results. The Intersectional games concluded with Saugus’s 39-20 victory over Cleveland.
